• Offers the opportunity to book a free consultation with our advisors

The Service is intended for use by:
- Leaders, trustees, and staff of UK-registered charities
- Individuals aged 18 years or older
- Persons authorised to act on behalf of their organisation
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms where applicable.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:
- The diagnostic methodology and scoring algorithms
- Question content and recommendation frameworks
- Website design, graphics, and user interface
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
- Software code and technical implementation
are owned by Gaign Strategic Fundraising Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon completing the assessment, you receive a personalised report. You may:
Permitted Uses

- • Use for internal planning purposes
- • Reference in funding applications
- • Discuss with advisors and consultants
Prohibited Uses
- • Reselling or commercialising the report
- • Modifying the methodology for redistribution
- • Removing attribution to Gaign Strategic
- • Using for competitive analysis of our services

- We are not liable for any decisions made based on the assessment results
- We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
